Thrifted light sweater gathered with a pair of re-purposed vintage shoe clips from Etsy. Blackberry mourning hat and vintage Laredo boots from eBay.

I found this over at GoodyBlog. Love the idea. I wish that my high school (8 years ago) would have let us customize the uniforms a little more. We had a dress code down to the socks and shoes. I guess it's becoming a little more mainstream to spice up a uniform with the popularity of uniforms and tv shows that feature them a la gossip girl. I was more of the gilmore girls generation.
